» The Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade « RED-X was founded in the Czech Republic on September 9th, 2009 by the founder, Mr. Mgr. Bc. Roman Valíček, MSc. DBA, and is a legal entity pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Business Corporations, as amended.
 
Objectives and mission of the Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade
   
  1. Bring exclusively transparent and comprehensive information to mutual, culturally diverse international relations, and bilateral trade relations and agreements.
  2. Legitimately build trust in the know-how of all process-certified non-governmental organizations and corporations, business and production companies, state organizations, and institutions.
  3. To form stable and promising international trade relations in respect for national customs, cultural traditions, and respect for the state system, the rule of law, and legislative norms.
  4. To exclude all professionally and socially compromising activities to build and transparently develop current and future relations of mutual cultural, scientific, and business co-operation.
  5. To provide the citizens of the Czech Republic and the PRC who find themselves in a state of emergency on the territory of a foreign state with the necessary personnel, administrative, material, and financial assistance to overcome this fact.
  6. Help to manage and overcome the consequences of the effects of natural influences on human lives with available means of humanitarian aid and fully co-ordinated activities with locally relevant crisis centres.
