The Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade brings a comprehensive interactive calendar of events, which is continuously updated exclusively by state organizations and institutions, NGOs and corporations, business and manufacturing companies, and other major organizers of cultural, social, exhibition, and trade fair events of regional and international scope throughout the European Union and the People’s Republic of China. The aim of the Calendar of Events is to create new opportunities and ideas for the development and deepening of mutual business co-operation. The calendar of events is published in three language versions and content classification (date of the event, name of the event, venue, link to the official website with details of the event).

Invitation to organizers
The Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade accepts only information from the organizers for the inclusion and subsequent publication of the event in the Calendar of Events. Each organizer is fully responsible for the information provided for publication. To include the event in the Calendar of Events, we accept background information in PDF or DOC format, supplied in three language versions (Czech, Chinese, English). Publishing an event in the interactive Calendar of Events is completely free. In the event of any suspicion of a threat to health, breach of security, conflict of interest, or other illegal actions or behaviour, the editors have the right not to publish the event.
Required information necessary for publishing an event in the Event Calendar:
1.) Date of the event (YYYY-MM-DD)
2.) Name of the event (name or designation)
3.) Venue (state, city/town)
4.) Link to the official website with event details (full website format)
