The Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade is a completely impartial and independent certification authority that brings transparent information into mutual, culturally diverse international relations, and bilateral trade agreements. Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade - mediator of crisis situations and assistant of emergency aid to citizens of the Czech Republic and the PRC abroad

The Institute of International Diplomacy and Foreign Trade provides all citizens of the Czech Republic and the People’s Republic of China with a valid tourist or business visa who find themselves in a state of emergency, not caused by their own fault, at all regional offices, within the scope of the applicable host country legislation, with personnel, administrative, material, and financial assistance to the extent necessary to overcome this emergency.

Assistance to citizens of the Czech Republic and the PRC abroad applies to the following cases:

Theft of personal documents, means of payment, and communication technologies

The occurrence of unpredictable health events requiring urgent medical care

Scope of emergency assistance to citizens of the Czech Republic and the PRC abroad

1.) Technical provision of communication on the territory of the host state with the relevant home embassy of the citizen in need

2.) Assisted transport by a native speaker through the territory of the host state to the relevant home embassy of a citizen in need

3.) Personnel assistance of a native speaker in dealing with a citizen in need with the relevant locally competent public authorities

4.) Assisted transport by a native speaker to the nearest transport hub for return to the country of permanent residence of the citizen in need

5.) Assisted transport by a native speaker through the territory of the host state to a medical facility for the performance of urgent care

6.) Personnel assistance or online provision of an interpreter for every citizen in need in the territory of the host state

7.) Personnel assistance to native speakers in providing accommodation and meals to citizens in need in the host country

The aim of all humanitarian activities is to provide full co-operation in helping to resolve and manage crisis situations, without claiming current or any future profits.
